Seatrench has completed a pull-in assistance, trenching and post burial service for the Atoll repair project for Subsea 7 in Egypt in the first quarter of 2019. Seatrench used Hermes IV and an umbilical trencher to complete the project while performing Trenching in daylight though the operations were 24 hours during Pull-in assistance by Seatrench. Guarding of umbilical was also performed by Seatrench for 24 hours and after trenching Seatrench used Innomar to complete the post burial survey which gave accurate results desired by Client. Subsea 7 highly appreciated the way Seatrench played their role in the Project.
Nemo Project, Seatrench completed a challenging 2km burial in the harsh Belgium winter coast. With current peaking around 4kts Seatrench team utilized the tide slacks and the optimized the weather windows to complete the 2km burial operation with a DOL of 2,2m Seatrench successfully finalized the scope of work within scheduled time and budget.
Cobra Project; Seatrench successfully completed a pull-in & lowering operation in a challenging waters. Scope of Work, Pull-in & lowering of 2 HVDC cables + 1 Fo Cable and burial operation. All three cables was buried to a target depth of 1,7m in a single pass
West Nile Delta Project; Seatrench successfully completed 2km pull-in, lowering and burial operation of an umbilical. Despite the challenging hard soil conditions the umbilical was buried with a ToC of 1,7m in a single pass.
Seatrench completed burial of 2x pipelines and 1x Umbilical on the Vashishta project in India for McDermott together with our JV partner in Singapore G8 Subsea Ltd. The shore end section was completed in complex conditions with surf and strong current.
Seatrench completed 10km burial of an 154kV export cable on a Offshore Wind Project in Kochang South West Korea together with our partner in Singapore G8 Subsea Ltd. The cable was buried to 2m TOC in a single run. We are very proud to be selected as the prefered vendor of shallow water trenching services at one of the first offshore windpark projects in South Korea.
